What You’ll Do
Own the full financial lifecycle for a multi‑property commercial real estate portfolio, including complex GL structures, multi‑entity consolidations, reserve accounts, and cash flow modeling.
Lead the monthly close with full autonomy, ensuring accuracy across rent rolls, accruals, reconciliations, capital schedules, and multi‑state compliance requirements.




Interpret financial results at a strategic level, identifying operational risks, cash flow constraints, valuation impacts, and performance trends before they materialize.
Manage sophisticated CAM/OpEx recovery processes, including expense pool validation, tenant-specific adjustments, audit support, and reconciliation methodologies.
Direct the annual budget process end‑to‑end, challenging assumptions, validating leasing projections, reviewing capital plans, and ensuring alignment with ownership investment goals.
Build and maintain advanced reforecasts, incorporating real-time operational changes, capital project timing, debt service impacts, and market conditions.
Solve high‑complexity accounting issues (capital vs. operating classification, revenue recognition nuances, tenant ledger corrections, reserve funding requirements, etc.) with minimal oversight.
Serve as the primary financial partner to Property Managers, providing
