Leads the dedicated Terminal Operations Centre cover, ensuring the TOC systems and
displays are supported at all times.

Responsibilities:
Supervise dedicated TOC cover on every shift and support QROC activities.
Monitor TOC systems, video walls and displays; give TOC faults priority response.
Coordinate with the TOC operations team and MATAR.
Escalate TOC-affecting incidents immediately.
Maintain TOC operational logs and handover.

Requirements
Qualifications & certifications
Diploma/degree in IT/engineering.
ITIL Foundation.
AV/video-wall and monitoring familiarity.
Experience: Five or more years in an operations-centre or NOC environment, with supervisory experience.
