THE GROWTH TEAM
We are looking for a technically driven and highly analytical Senior Growth Analyst to join our Growth team.
The Growth team combines data analysis, experimentation, business understanding, and deep product knowledge to drive advertiser performance. This is not only a campaign management role: you will own performance strategies,



understand how Jampp’s technology and optimization models work, investigate complex challenges, and turn data into measurable improvements.
You will work closely with Customer Success, Product, Data Science, Supply, and other technical teams to improve advertiser results, our product, and the way we work.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Own the strategy, setup, execution, and optimization of performance campaigns, with a strong focus on CPA, ROAS, sustainable growth, and advertiser outcomes.
Work with Customer Success to translate advertiser goals into strategies and identify opportunities to retain and grow accounts.
Develop a deep understanding of Jampp’s products and ML-driven optimization models, including audiences, supply, attribution, creatives, measurement, and campaign configurations.
Independently investigate performance issues across model behavior, supply, attribution, tracking, data, and campaign configurations.
