About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Performance TV / CTV Media Buyer based in Argentina to help plan, launch, manage, and optimize direct-response television campaigns.

This is not a traditional brand-awareness TV buying role. We run performance-driven campaigns where viewers are asked to take an immediate action, often calling a phone number directly from the TV commercial.

The adecuado candidate understands how to use TV and streaming media as a measurable acquisition channel and is comfortable optimizing campaigns based on cost per call, qualified call, lead, sale, or other downstream conversion metrics.

What You’ll Do
Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across CTV, streaming TV, and/or linear TV
Buy media through platforms such as Roku, Universal Ads, Vibe, Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk, or similar platforms
Build targeting strategies using geography, audience data, networks, publishers, programming, and dayparts




Optimize campaigns toward direct-response performance, not just reach or CPM
Monitor metrics including:
Cost per call
Cost per qualified call
Call volume
Conversion rate
CPM
Frequency
Revenue / ROAS
Identify opportunities to improve performance through changes to publishers, audiences, geographies, dayparts, frequency, bids, and budgets
Analyze campaign and call-level data to understand which media placements are actually generating customers
Work closely with the team on testing new creatives, offers, audiences, and media sources
Help identify and test new CTV and television inventory opportunities
Provide clear reporting and recommendations based on campaign performance

What We’re Looking For
Hands-on experience buying CTV, streaming TV, programmatic video, or linear television
Experience directly operating media-buying platforms rather than only managing agencies or vendors
Strong understanding of performance marketing a
