The Opportunity
The AS&T; Manager is responsible for providing strategic, scientific, and operational leadership for Analytical Science & Technology (AS&T;) activities across the LATAM region. The role leads and coordinates analytical support for product lifecycle management, technical transfers, compliance remediation, troubleshooting, process optimization, alternative supplier qualification (ASQ) initiatives, and regulatory support. The position serves as the regional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for analytical sciences, ensuring harmonized analytical approaches and best practices across LATAM manufacturing sites in Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, and Chile.
