​​​​​​We're looking for a motivated Marketing Specialist based in Argentina or Uruguay to join us!

As a Marketing Specialist, you will join our Marketing team and play an important role in strengthening Terra’s integral presence and positioning within the industry. You will contribute to the development and execution of marketing initiatives across our digital channels, from our website and social media to email campaigns, content, and external communications.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining creativity, strategy, research, and data to create impactful marketing initiatives and continuously improve what we do.

You will work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams, helping ensure that our brand remains consistent, relevant, and aligned with our business goals.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Contribute to the development and optimization of Terra’s global marketing strategy, identifying opportunities to improve existing content and proposing new initiatives aligned with our business goals.

- Research market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and inform marketing decisions.

- Work closely with the Sales team to stay up to date on business developments, customer needs, and market insights that can inform marketing initiatives.

- Create, maintain, and publish blog content following SEO best practices.

- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, adapting content and messaging to different audiences and mailing lists.





- Monitor the performance and health of our website and coordinate improvements and updates with the relevant teams.

- Measure the impact and performance of marketing initiatives, analyze results, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with the Social Media Manager on the development of Terra’s social media strategy and oversee its execution.

- Ensure consistency across Terra’s brand image and communications, contributing to the protection and strengthening of our brand reputation.

- Coordinate the sourcing, evaluation, and approval of merchandising materials for events and other marketing initiatives.

- Maintain and organize visual and other marketing assets to ensure they remain up to date and easily accessible, supporting an efficient workflow.

- Stay informed about relevant marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously bring new ideas and opportunities to the team.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Requirements

- +2 years of experience in a similar Marketing role

- Proficient English Level and Spanish Native

- Based in Buenos Aires (CABA) or Montevideo

- University degree in Marketing, Communications, Translation, or a related field, or currently completing the final year of your degree





- Knowledge of SEO and digital content best practices

- Experience with or knowledge of tools such as Office 365, WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Semrush, Hootsuite, and HubSpot

- A proactive, curious mindset and a genuine interest in research and staying up to date with industry trends

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and professional approach

Nice to Have

- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 17100, ISO 18587, and ISO 27001 is a plus

- Familiarity with Localization & Healthcare industry

- ​​​​​​​100% remote

- ​​​​​​​ ​​​​​6-hour workday, with team coverage required between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM
