Responsibilities:
- Draft, edit, and publish company articles and news, ensuring high editorial standards, grammatical accuracy, and consistent tone in both English and Spanish.
- Create high-quality, multiformat content for digital channels (e.g., LinkedIn, website, newsletters), applying strong editorial and persuasive writing skills.
- Execute, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing & communications KPIs using Google Analytics and other tools, translating data into actionable recommendations.
- Research, propose, and implement new technologies and AI-driven tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing & comms processes.




- Manage editorial calendars and multiple concurrent projects, meeting deadlines while maintaining brand consistency.
- Work proactively and independently, taking ownership of results and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail across all deliverables.

Requirements:
- Degree completed or in progress in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, Digital Business, or a related field.
- +3 years of experience in marketing and/or communications roles.
- Advanced bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English), with excellent writing and editorial skills in both languages.
- Proven experience managing digital campaigns (paid media, email marketing, SEO/SEM) and producing multiformat content.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and active use of AI tools for content creation and workflow optimization.
