The Role
On any given day, you might be the one reading a five-paragraph email from a resident who has spent a week chasing a pool technician who never showed. Or drafting a response to a homeowner's attorney-cc'd letter before it becomes a real legal matter. Or approving a $700 dishwasher on the spot so a delivery doesn't slip another week. Or explaining, gently and directly,



why a $25 rent discrepancy happened and how it's being made right.
This is not a queue you clear. It is a set of relationships, some calm, some already damaged, that you personally own until they are actually resolved, not just responded to.
You sit above all of the teams. When a case has been escalated once, twice, or gone on long enough that trust is genuinely at risk, it lands with you. You decide what happens next, and you carry it until the member confirms it's actually fixed.
This role is not automated, and it is not going to be handed a system that tells you what to do. Right now, catching trouble means reading the message, hearing the frustration underneath it, and knowing what to do about it. That judgment, built case by case, is what eventually teaches any future system what to look for. You are not waiting for that system. You are the reason it will one day exist.
