Job Summary

Toptal’s Marketing Agency Organization spans eight practices, from brand and advertising to martech and content marketing. We need a hybrid operator across solution architecture, sales enablement, partnerships, and client-facing business development — judged on outcomes: deals won, partner revenue generated, offerings shipped.

You will be part of a distributed team and will be reporting directly to our Practice Director of our Marketing Agency.

Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture & Enterprise Deal Support

Lead proposals and RFP responses for large, complex Enterprise engagements, and partner directly with SMB and Enterprise sales teams earlier in the deal cycle as a solutions counterpart and marketing subject matter expert.

Partnerships & Go-to-Market

Own go-to-market execution of strategic partnerships with organizations like Hawke Media and Writer — offer structure, pricing, and co-sell motions — and be accountable for converting them into real, measurable revenue.
