Conduct scheduled audits of SOPs, CMDB records and preventive-maintenance evidence.
Verify operational reports against ITSM system data.
Track corrective actions arising from audits and quality reviews.
Support root-cause analysis activities.
Assist in maintaining the known-error database.
Maintain quality documentation, audit records and audit trails.
Support the QC Manager in maintaining service quality across the contract.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Engineering or IT.
ISO/IEC 20000 or ISO 27001 Internal Auditor certification.
ITIL Foundation.
Minimum 4 years of experience in quality or service-management support.
Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
Good documentation and audit-record management skills.
Understanding of ITSM and quality-management processes.
Must comply with airport HSE, cybersecurity and security requirements.
