At Ready Set, we make new video ads for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok every week for large clients like Cerebral, Hims, NordicTrack, Weight Watchers and more.

It's like Saturday Night Live: Monday we're writing on a new script and the rest of the week our producers and editors work to get it made. The ad then goes into testing and we get to learn if it's a hit or not. Coming up with ads that have a 7-figure impact for clients is an awesome feeling and a GREAT product to sell. As a Data Entry Analyst you will be responsible for supporting other areas on day to day tasks and populating our proprietary platform with a variety of digital assets, from footage to music to completed ads and more

What you'll do:
- Responsible for data entry of various data sets and ensuring that this data is updated and submitted in the correspondent platforms and formats.
- Ensure timely update of information in the correspondent platform and format upon request.
- Assist others among project staff for program effectiveness.




- Any other task given by the supervisor to ensure the information is updated and uploaded correctly.

What you are good at:
- Proficient level of English (mostly written).
- 2 years of experience in similar positions.
- Experience with Asana/Trello/Jira, Slack and Google docs
- Preferably knowledge/ experience in video production, digital advertising, digital marketing.
- Demonstrated passion for helping clients succeed
- Experience working on remote teams
- Comfortable with very dynamic environments
