Overview

As a Sales Manager - Outbound Sales, you will work in a dynamic, customer‑focused environment where you independently close business with both prospective and existing customers. You will be responsible for building strong relationships and advising our customers in a true partnership approach. At AIT, trust is our most important value.

Responsibilities

Actively identifying and approaching potential customers in the assigned sales territory
Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through regular visits and ongoing support




Conducting product presentations and demonstrations directly at the customer’s location
Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve defined goals
Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks
Preparing sales reports and forecasts to track performance and derive targeted optimization measures

Qualifications

3-5 years of successful sales experience in freight forwarding, preferably within air and ocean freight
Proven ability to acquire new customers and build long-term business relationships
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving commercial targets
High level of ownership, self-motivation, and ability to work independently
Strong CRM and pipeline management discipline
Experience in operational freight forwarding is an advantage
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
