Responsibilities:
- Monitor and audit transactions to ensure that all Client and Teleperformance processes, procedures and policies are complied.
- Analyze process monitoring data according to defined business rules and procedures.
- Identify and communicate the risks detected, suggest ways of internal control to mitigate the associated risks.
- Interact with other departments to improve or maximize the results.
- Participate in internal and Client's calibration sessions.
- Attend periodic trainings published by the Client / Company on a regular basis.

Requirements:
- Bilingual English (Essential condition)
- Similar previous experience.
- Intermediate Office skills.
- Completed High School (Essential condition)
- Place of Work: On-site in CABA (Downtown area)
