We are looking for a Scrum Master, who will be responsible for building high performing teams in our clients, removing impediments that hinder them from reaching their goals and enabling a rapid respond to changes. You will act as servant leader for your teams and you will drive Agile and Lean frameworks that result in quality product delivery and continous learning culture.

Key responsibilities include:
- Coach teams in Agile values and principles.
- Facilitate Srum Team events.
- Protect the team (acting as shield from external interference).
- Help to remove impediments to the team’s progress and facilitate the communication to leadership.
- Foster adoption of Agile practices.
- Work with the Product Owner to align team to the product vision and sprint goals.
- Seek improvement opportunities.

Preferred Experience:
- 3+ years of experience as Scrum Master.
- Must have active involvement experience in atleast 2 Enterprise Agile transformation.




- Exposure to modern engineering practices like Test-Driven Development (TDD), Continous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD).
- Work experience with Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of DevOps
- Experience with Agile at scale (e.g. SAFe, Less, etc)
- It‘s a plus to have Scrum Master Certification.
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact, high-visibility engagements for large Communications & Media, Software Platforms, High Tech or Engineering clients in Technology Product Management, Software Engineering, & Engineering Delivery Management
- Experience with Agile work management tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, Jira).
- Experience working with multi-site teams doing distributed agile delivery.
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment where continuous innovation is desired
