You won't just 'manage' campaigns. You'll partner with our Creative Strategists to test winning angles, analyze performance data to find insights others miss, and scale what works while killing what doesn't.

What You'll Do
- Manage and scale Meta ad campaigns across multiple brands
- Analyze performance data daily and make rapid optimization decisions
- Collaborate with Creative Strategy on ad concepts, hooks, and angles
- Build and test audience strategies—LALs, interests, broad, and everything in between
- Maintain ROAS targets while scaling spend
- Create clear performance reports and insights for leadership
- Stay ahead of platform changes and test new features
