- Develop risk-based automation strategies: Analyze processes, prioritize test automation areas, and establish coverage strategies (e.g., E2E, integration).
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring: Train team members on tools like Playwright, software testing techniques, and analytical thinking for automation. Coordinate squad assignments, priorities, and initiative tracking.
- Offer technical support for projects: Guide automation initiatives (e.g., content validations, data integration), ensuring technical evolution and proper implementation.
