VIP Creative Studio is a fractional digital marketing studio specializing in financial institutions. We partner with credit unions and community banks to drive sustainable, measurable growth through branding, digital strategy, and execution.

We don’t position ourselves as a vendor. We show up as an embedded partner, focused on outcomes that actually move the needle for our clients.

We’re looking for an Account Executive who can develop new partnerships and grow existing ones. This is a full-cycle role for someone who is motivated by ownership, relationships, and results.

Compensation
- Base Salary: $2,000/month (USD)
- Commission Structure:
- 10% on all monthly recurring revenue (existing and managed accounts)
- 15% on new partner accounts you close (for the first 12 months)
- After 12 months, commission adjusts to 10% ongoing

Earning potential is uncapped and performance-driven.

Role Overview





This is a full-cycle sales and account growth role. You will prospect and close new partnerships, manage relationships post-sale, and identify opportunities to expand the value we deliver to each account.

You’ll need to be both a connector who builds trust quickly and a driver who stays disciplined in building pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development
- Identify and engage decision-makers at financial institutions
- Run discovery calls and present VIP Creative Studio’s services
- Close new retainer and project-based partnerships
- Build and manage your own pipeline

Partner Growth and Retention
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-through
- Identify opportunities to expand retainers, add services, and grow monthly revenue
- Build long-term relationships that support retention and referrals

Sales Execution
