How will you contribute to our magical experience?

The Manager, Production Finance will join the team to oversees the financial management and governance of Original Productions across LATAM,



partnering with internal content teams and third-party production companies to ensure financial discipline, operational efficiency, and compliance throughout the full production lifecycle.

This role is responsible for budget oversight, cost reporting, cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and adherence to Production Finance policies and controls. It ensures accurate financial reporting, milestone-based payment approvals, and the proper implementation of production finance processes, including banking structures and accounting systems for each production.

As a strategic business partner, the Manager Production Finance supports greenlight decisions through financial analysis and risk assessment, monitors economic variables impacting productions, and provides recommendations to optimize resources and production value.
