ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are a well-established California workers' compensation and employment law firm, and we are looking for one of the best Facebook advertisers available someone who has spent years in competitive, high-intent verticals and has the results to prove it. This is a senior, high-ownership role. You will manage the entire paid social strategy, manage execution, and serve as the lead point of contact for our CMO and managing partners.

We are not looking for someone who can run ads. We are looking for someone who has built and scaled lead generation machines for US clients and knows exactly what they are doing. If that is not you, this role is not for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and own all Meta paid advertising strategy, architecture, and execution for the firm
- Design and manage full-funnel campaign systems targeting USA-based legal claimants at scale
- Develop, test, and iterate creative strategies across video, static, and carousel formats with a rigorous testing methodology




- Allocate and optimize significant monthly ad budgets with full accountability for ROI and lead quality
- Serve as the primary paid media liaison to the CMO and firm partners communication must be executive-level: clear, data-driven, and forward-looking
- Establish performance benchmarks, tracking infrastructure, and internal SOPs for the firm's paid media function
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to expand into complementary paid channels as the firm scales

REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years of Facebook/Meta advertising experience at an elite-level
- A proven track record running campaigns for USA-based companies in legal, insurance, financial services, or comparably competitive industries
- Experience managing $30,000-$100,000+ monthly ad budgets with full P&L; accountability
- Deep expertise in funnel architecture, advanced audience segmentation, creative strategy, and scaling methodology
- Exceptional English communication and presentation skills, you will present directly to f
