We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Engineerto support and evolve data platforms on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and/or Microsoft Azurefor a leading client in the paper industry.

This role is designed for professionals with strong technical expertise who can design, build, optimize, and maintain scalable, reliable, and efficient data solutions. The position requires working in complex enterprise environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality data delivery aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable data pipelinesin cloud environments (GCP and/or Azure).
- Implement data ingestion, transformation,



and modeling processes(ETL / ELT).
- Optimize performance, cost, and reliabilityof cloud-based data solutions.
- Handle large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
- Collaborate with Data Analytics, BI, Architecture, and Business teamsto understand requirements and propose effective technical solutions.
- Ensure data quality, security, and governance best practicesare applied.
- Participate in code reviews, technical standards definition, and documentation.
- Provide technical support and incident resolutionin production environments.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Senior Data Engineeror in similar roles.
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms, particularly:
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)(BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, Composer, etc.)
- or Microsoft Azure (preferred/acceptable)
- Solid experience in ETL / ELT pipeline development.
- Advanced proficienc
