Core Responsibilities

Integration Development
- Build and manage interface channels using integration engines such as Mirth Connect, CorePoint, Cloverleaf, or similar platforms - including message routing, data transformation, error handling, and monitoring - to ensure reliable data exchange across healthcare systems.
- Write and maintain SQL scripts to support interface mapping requirements, including crosswalk tables, correlation logic, and lookup configurations within integration engine environments; document underlying database structures to support long-term maintainability and knowledge transfer.

Technical Documentation




- Develop technical specifications and interface documentation for integration projects, including data mapping requirements, message flow diagrams, system architecture designs, and implementation guides to support project execution and ongoing maintenance.

Production Support & Troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot and resolve interface errors and data flow issues in production environments, performing root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams to minimize system downtime and maintain data integrity.
- Participate in change control processes and system upgrades, coordinating testing activities, validating interface functionality, and supporting go-live events to ensure seamless transitions and minimize impact to clinical operations.
