We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager, Data & AIwho will also serve as a Principal Service Delivery Manager for Business and Sustain Analytics, leading complex analytics-driven programs and ensuring end-to-end service delivery excellence. This role is responsible for overseeing Data & AI initiatives, managing transitions, ensuring operational performance, and driving continuous improvement across analytics services.

What you'll do:




- Lead and manage end-to-end program deliveryfor Data & AI and Business Analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Oversee service delivery operations, ensuring quality, performance, and continuous improvement across sustain analytics services.
- Drive transition activities, including knowledge transfer, onboarding, and stabilization of new services.
- Manage and mentor a team of 7+ professionals, promoting a high-performance and collaborative culture.
- Act as the primary stakeholder interface, providing executive updates, risk management strategies, and mitigation plans.
- Ensure adherence to organizational standards, governance frameworks, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Monitor program financials, resource allocation, and capacity planning.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and optimizationleveraging Data & AI capabilities.
