As Vice President in Markets Asset Services, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across a range of asset servicing functions, including Corporate Actions, Income Processing, Tax Services, and Proxy Voting. You will drive process optimization, risk management, and client service excellence, partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions and support business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of asset servicing professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to support professional growth




- Oversee end-to-end management of asset servicing processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Monitor and enhance control frameworks, performing regular reconciliations and risk assessments across all asset servicing activities
- Drive process re-engineering and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reduce risk, and support scalability
- Champion the adoption of new technologies and systems, managing implementation projects and change management efforts
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex queries and issues from internal and external stakeholders, including clients, agents, issuers, exchanges, and depositories
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to ensure effective resolution of inquiries and delivery of superior client service
