About the role

The Argentina Retail Commercial team is responsible for growing and strengthening Uber's partnerships with some of the country's leading grocery and retail companies. As Commercial Team Leader, you'll help shape the commercial strategy for the business while leading high-impact negotiations with key partners.

This role includes a structured ramp-up period designed to help you build a deep understanding of the business before transitioning into full people management responsibilities. Over time, you'll lead and develop the commercial team while partnering closely with senior leadership to drive growth across the Argentina Retail business.

What you'll do
- Own the end-to-end commercial strategy for Argentina Retail, including pipeline development, negotiations, and partnership execution with top grocery and retail brands
- Lead, coach,



and develop a team of Account Managers and Account Executives, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior and executive-level stakeholders at key retail partners
- Act as the primary commercial point of contact for strategic accounts, helping drive long-term growth and partnership success
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to design and execute joint business plans
- Define, monitor, and report on commercial KPIs, pipeline health, revenue performance, and market trends
- Translate data and market insights into actionable commercial strategies and growth opportunities
- Support the evolution of processes, structures, and best practices as the business continues to scale
