Main requirements

What we need from you:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mobile development, with at least 3 years focused on Flutter.
- Deep understanding of mobile architecture, state management, and best practices.
- A strong “problem-solving” mindset and the ability to work in an environment where requirements are defined by the team, not just handed down.
- Excellent English skills (written and spoken) with the ability to confidently present ideas and solutions directly to the client.
- Practical knowledge of App Store Connect and Google Play Console.
- Experience in helping clients define functionality and technical roadmaps based on a high-level vision.

We Appreciate If You Have:
- Strong interest in the topic of new technologies and healthcare (HealthTech).
- Previous experience working on healthcare projects.
- Experience in Project/Product technical discovery. Ability to compare tools, services, and provide recommendations on the best options.
- Utilizing AI tools in your daily work and actively seeking ways to streamline and improve efficiency.
