JOB DESCRIPTION

The Review & Release team performs timely, manual reviews of trade orders that are flagged for additional checks before being sent to the market. The team reviews order details, relevant account information, and control indicators to determine whether an order should be approved for execution, held pending additional information, or rejected. Coverage includes equities/ETFs, listed options, and mutual funds, with a focus on risk mitigation and compliance with internal controls and applicable regulatory requirements. In addition, the team supports the broader trading control environment by performing routine maintenance to pre-trade order controls within the order rules engine, reviewing and actioning pre-market control reports to help ensure the health of the open order population, and responding to front-office inquiries related to orders and controls. This role supports CWM Full Service and Self-Directed lines of business during regular and extended-hours trading. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, clear verbal and written communication,



and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, market-driven environment.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English, essential for daily communication with US management and counterparties.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
- Strong client/customer focus, with the ability to assist internal clients and prioritize inquiries.
- Collaborative team player with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize workloads effectively and meet critical deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Adaptability to changing scenarios, industry developments, and procedural updates.
- Ability to manage deadlines and meet daily cut-offs.
- Familiarity with and experience using Tableau, Alteryx, Python, is preferred.
