Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex digital learning solutions for internal teams and client users.
- Translate system architecture, platform functionality, and technical workflows into structured, intuitive learning experiences.
- Edit and customize learning assets using HTML/CSS and learning platform capabilities when required.
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, and UX teams to align learning content with new releases, enhancements, and system changes.
