Main Goal:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Commercial Operations Specialist to support our LATAM commercial activities and ensure efficient order management and customer service across the region. This role is critical to strengthening communication and execution between integral and local teams, acting as a bridge between Customer Service and Supply Chain teams in Israel and The Netherlands, and local distributors and importers across LATAM.

We are looking for a hands-on, solution-oriented professional who thrives in an international and multicultural environment. Strong communication and coordination skills are critical, as the role requires daily interaction with internal teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance) and external partners (dealers/importers).



The position will report to the LATAM Commercial Manager and play a key role in improving operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business performance in the region.

Job description:
- Monitor and track all customer orders across LATAM markets from confirmation to delivery, ensuring full visibility and accuracy.
- Provide proactive follow-up on order status, including availability, allocation, shipment timelines, and delivery risks.
- Identify potential issues (delays, stock shortages, credit holds, missing allocations) and escalate appropriately to ensure timely resolution
