Job Title: Customer Experience Analyst

City: Don Torcuato, Argentina

As Customer Experience Analyst you will be responsible for resolving customer and sales inquiries promptly. Strong communication and organizational skills will help you share positive information about our products, process orders efficiently, and provide effective customer support. Proficiency in data entry, basic accounting, and software usage, along with your dedication to building lasting customer relationships, will contribute to meeting monthly shipment goals and maintaining accurate records.

Your key responsibilities
- Process and prioritize incoming orders efficiently.
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Provide comprehensive customer support,



addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to invoicing, shipping, and complaints
- Ensure prompt order acknowledgment and communication
- Maintain accurate customer records, facilitate order fulfillment, and manage returns, while also offering detailed reporting and acting as a bridge between customers and internal departments for seamless issue resolution

You Bring
- Graduated in Business studies, Communication, etc
- 2 years Customer Service Experience
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel)
- SAP experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills for success in a fast-paced setting
- Intermediate / Advanced level of English
