The Communications Specialist will be responsible for managing and strengthening the company's reputation, considering both internal and external stakeholders..This position will have generalist capability (internal/external//digital) in communications as well as strategically developing, implementing and supporting key communication projects GBS Americas., in alignment with the general Communications guidelines. This role will collaborate with the management team to ensure that communication initiatives support business goals.
Key Contributions

Internal Communication
- Project management (planning, conceptualization, and roll-out) on a variety of internal communication and employee engagement projects, particularly internal campaigns, to ensure excellent communications, coordination, and messaging.
- Guide the intranet (Pulse), both structure and content, especially the regular publication of news to keep the community informed.
- Craft and edit content as needed for a wide range of purposes, including but not limited to announcements,



intranet articles, and internal campaigns.
- Organize internal events (online and face-to-face) to foster a sense of belonging and teamwork.
- Maintain a schedule of internal communications, working cross-functionally to build alignment with global and country teams on key initiatives.

External Communication
- Partner with the Communications team in Argentina to nurture relations with the press, including crafting media releases, organizing interviews, and supporting spokespeople.
- Crisis and emergency communication stewardship, both in the preparation stages (handbook updates and training) and in providing support during incidents, in close collaboration with the company's Cluster and global teams.

Digital Communication
- Collaborate to guide and grow Air Liquide's presence on social media platforms, coordinating planning, content development, and measuring shared results.
