Position Summary

The role is responsible for the performance, capability, and governance of all project managers, while operating the PMO as a service that supports successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

This role balances strategic oversight with tactical execution. The Program Manager leads cross-project governance, monitors delivery health, drives resource optimization, and ensures consistency in quality and financial performance across engagements. When required,



the Program Manager flexes into a hands-on Project Manager role, directly leading complex or high-visibility projects.

This role supports general delivery teams and customer stakeholders, primarily in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Portfolio Oversight
- Own end-to-end oversight of multiple concurrent projects across customers.
- Ensure alignment between customer objectives, contractual commitments, and operational execution.
- Monitor portfolio health across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Identify cross-project risks, dependencies, and resource conflicts; proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Drive consistency in delivery methodology, governance structure, and reporting standards.
- Provide executive-level visibility into program performance through structured dashboards and KPI reporting.
