Description
- The Manager Financial Modeling role within the Commercial Strategy and Solutions and Sales Enablement team is responsible for driving the development of financial and other models in Excel, creating internal-facing content, collaborating both internal to Commercial Strategy and Solutions and externally with the various Syneos Health Commercial business units to collect and collate relevant materials, and supporting special projects. While expected to be competent at all requirements, Managers are typically aligned to a core function (e.g., modeling, content creation, project management) and may support one or more Commercial Strategy and Solutions workstreams. This is a role supporting Syneos Health Commercial’s strategy, not strategic consulting on behalf of a client or client drug.
- JOB RESPONSIBILITES
- Work closely with the (Associate) Director or above to execute on both regular and ad hoc initiatives across Commercial Strategy.




- While most workstreams will be driven by the (Associate) Director or above, there will be select workstreams to which the Manager is assigned to lead, including setting a timeline, creating consistent communications, facilitating meetings, ensuring multiple stakeholders are meeting multiple deadlines, and completing deliverables (e.g., PPT decks, Excel models).
- Take detailed discussion notes and capture follow-up action items during meetings - both internal and external to Commercial Strategy. In conjunction with the (Associate) Director, follow-up with key stakeholders to ensure action items are completed.
- Design working session approaches, develop content, and facilitate working sessions as needed.
- Consolidate content into high-quality, leadership-facing materials for review by the (Associate) Director or above, meeting all deadlines.
