Job Title: Intake Specialist
On-site for first 2 months (Central Time), then remote

Schedule
- First 2 months (On-site): Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m.7:00 p.m. or 11:00 a.m.8:00 p.m. CT.
- After 2 months (Remote): Saturday to Wednesday, off Thursday & Friday (same hours).
- Rotating monthly shifts: One month Mon-Fri, next month Sat-Wed.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and gather client information.
- Draft letters of representation and reports.
- Organize files in Dropbox and maintain accurate documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service with empathy and patience.

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to type while listening to clients.
- High emotional intelligence, empathy, and patience.
- Proactive, self-sufficient, and adaptable.
