Job Summary:
The Senior Accountant / Controller will own the company’s core accounting operations end-to-end, with a primary focus on stabilizing and maintaining accurate, timely financial records. This role is responsible for ensuring consistent monthly closes, clean reconciliations, and reliable financial reporting.



It is a hands-on, execution-focused position designed for a detail-oriented accounting professional who thrives in structured, accountability-driven environments and can operate independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the monthly close process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments
- Maintain the general ledger with proper classification, documentation, and audit readiness
- Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations on a regular cadence
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements, including P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and US-based reporting practices
- Partner with leadership to resolve historical accounting issues and improve data accuracy
