Description

In this role you will:
- Support annual budgeting, monthly forecasting and close to guide strategic and tactical decision making
- Specific activities will span everything from: MSA/SOW contract reviewing, client invoicing, project financial tracking,



employee utilization tracking, vendor management and reconciliation, variance commentary writing, margin analysis, completing client/internal reporting templates
- Analyze information and deliver insights to make initiatives more efficient and effective
- Support key account leaders through analytics, reporting, and regular meetings
- Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization
- Accurately track presente versus forecasted expenses
- Be a finance and operations system expert

Experience you already have:
- 2+ years of experience in Client Finance, FP&A; or similar Finance/Accounting position
- Finance experience with the Professional services industry a plus (Agency, Consulting etc)
- Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google spreadsheets
- Self-driven and able to complete month end tasks with mínimal oversight
- Problem solver who can consistently think outside of the box to deve
