About The Role

We're looking for a technically rigorous Senior/Lead Technical Architect to translate design intent into fully coordinated, precise, and buildable documentation across our boutique hospitality projects. You will serve as the key technical professional within the project — bridging concept and construction across RIBA Stages 3–5, while collaborating closely with design, engineering, and procurement.

Responsibilities

Translate concept and schematic designs into coordinated, buildable Revit models and full documentation packages across RIBA Stages 3–5.
Develop precise technical layouts, assemblies, and construction-level details in Revit, ensuring alignment with design intent, constructability, and regulatory requirements.
