We are seeking a skilled, dependable, and service-oriented Maintenance Supervisor (HVAC/CPO) to lead our maintenance operations and help ensure our community remains safe, attractive, and well-maintained for residents and guests. What You'll Be Doing As our Maintenance Supervisor, you'll oversee the maintenance operations of the community while leading and supporting the maintenance team to ensure exceptional service and property upkeep. Key responsibilities include: • Leading, scheduling, training, and supporting maintenance team members while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and customer service • Coordinating and prioritizing service requests, preventive maintenance programs,



and repair activities to ensure timely completion and resident satisfaction • Overseeing apartment make-ready operations and ensuring vacant homes are prepared for occupancy according to company standards • Performing and supervising maintenance repairs involving HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and general building systems • Conducting inspections of apartment homes, common areas, building systems, and grounds to identify maintenance needs and ensure quality standards are maintained • Coordinating with vendors, contractors, and community management to support property operations and capital improvement projects • Maintaining accurate maintenance records, inventory, work orders, and required documentation • Supporting community appearance through oversight of grounds, exterior areas, and property maintenance activities • Responding to emergency maintenance situations and participating in the on-call rotation as required • Ensuring compliance with OSHA standards, company policies, and all applicable safety regulations • Promot
