The primary purpose of this role is to ensure all claim-related performance and service measures are met and claims teams are motivated and operating effectively and efficiently and are enabled to achieve their performance objectives and a strong standing against Allianz competitors.
About the role
Effectively lead a team to deliver key business objectives and meet critical business outcomes
Lead a dedicated team within the Motor Accidents Compensation Scheme, delivering exceptional support and outcomes for individuals recovering from injuries sustained in motor vehicle accidents.
Ensure the delivery of superior customer service ensuring that all compliance and risk policies, legal and regulatory obligations are met through the application of technical skills and expertise to enhance customer care
Understand key performance drivers and identify opportunities to continuously improve team performance
Lead, coach, mentor and develop a team with the aim of improving negotiation, customer service and technical skills, ensuring that tasks, accountabilities and development opportunities are apportioned equitably, creating a focuse
