We seek an experienced AEM Developer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of a robust, scalable library of reusable components. This role focuses on creating modular and flexible AEM components that enhance content reusability, support brand consistency, and streamline AEM implementation across multiple projects. You will collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, front-end developers, and other engineering team members to deliver a versátil, user-friendly component library.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
5+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), with deep expertise in AEM 6.5 architecture, Sling, OSGi, and JCR.
Strong proficiency in Java development and associated frameworks, alongside HTL (Sightly),



Sling Models, and AEM Core Components.
Advanced front-end development skills (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript) with experience in responsive design and modern frameworks like React or Angular.
Experience with AEM customization, including the use of APIs, extension points, and development of templates, workflows, and integrations.
Knowledge of AEM Schemas, metadata management, and ACLs for robust content security and structure.
Hands-on experience with GraphQL, REST APIs, and headless CMS architectures to support dynamic data and modern web applications.
Proven integration skills with external systems such as CRM, marketing automation platforms, and third-party APIs.
Proficiency in version control using Git and expert repository management practices.
Familiarity with AEM Dispatcher configuration, deployment automation, and performance optimization techniques.
