Legal Administrative & Accounting Assistant (Depositions & Arbitrations) - Remote

An established, United States based court reporting agency has an exciting position available for a hard-working person looking for a full-time position with the ability to work from home.

Fluent spoken and written English REQUIRED.

Late hour position: 1PM to 10PM Argentina time (GMT-3)

Compensation & Contract Details • Salary: $1,800 USD per month (Fixed rate) • Job Type: Full-time, Long-term Independent Contractor • Payment Method: Paid monthly via bank transfer.

As a Legal Administrative & Accounting Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with the following activities:

Legal Administration: with a high level of attention to detail, make sure that documents and files are managed correctly, and that our online platforms and calendars are updated and managed on a daily basis.
Scheduling and coordination: locate the best court reporters, legal videographers, and interpreters worldwide using our proprietary database, and schedule them for remote hearings and depositions.



You should have strong project management skills, experience managing a job calendar, and the ability to work with legal professionals.
English-language customer service and sales: assisting lawyers and legal professionals with their service orders, selling services to them via email and telephone, and providing industry-leading customer support in English.
Production and operations: ensure that transcripts and legal video are produced and delivered correctly and on-time
Accounting support: help with invoice creation, AR follow-ups, and AP management.
Technical support and management of diverse software tools: operate court reporting and legal software platforms, including exhibit management software, scheduling and calendaring software, production software, etc. Strong technical skills are a must.
Zoom hosting: help attorneys participate in virtual or hybrid hearings and depositions by setting up zoom me
