We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist to assist our growing marketing team.

As a key member of our digital marketing efforts, you will be responsible for assisting our team in executing Google Ads & Facebook Ads campaigns. This is a remote position, requiring excellent spoken and written English, as well as a reliable internet connection.

Responsibilities:
Management of negative keyword lists
Refinement of audience targeting to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
Manage campaign budgets efficiently and ensure cost-effectiveness
A/B test ad creatives, landing pages,



and bidding strategies to optimize campaign performance

Qualifications:
Proven experience (3+ years) managing and optimizing Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Google Analytics and other relevant marketing tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both spoken and written English
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Reliable internet connection is a must
Bonus Points:
Experience with Google Tag Manager and other tracking tools
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese
Google Ads certifications
