Role Overview

MojoTech is seeking a Cloud / DevOps Engineer Consultant to support a cloud

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, resilient, and highly available AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Build and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform and automation-first operational practices.
- Configure, manage, optimize, and troubleshoot Amazon EKS clusters, Kubernetes components, and core platform add-ons.
- Help migrate appropriate AWS Lambda workloads and scheduled jobs to Kubernetes-based services.
- Build, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot GitLab runners.




- Manage Kong Gateway and its supporting infrastructure.
- Integrate security controls and DevSecOps practices into infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows.
- Support SDLC governance and SOC 2 compliance requirements.

Must-Have Experience
- Strong hands-on experience designing, administering, and troubleshooting production AWS environments.
- Experience building secure, scalable, highly available AWS cloud architectures.
- Advanced hands-on experience using Terraform to automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration.
- Practical experience troubleshooting AWS services, including EC2, EKS, IAM, VPCs, networking, and load balancers.
- Strong Kubernetes operational experience, including:
- Amazon EKS administration
- Application deployment and troubleshooting
- Cluster administration
- Kubernetes networking and security
- Core Kubernetes objects and platform components
