On this role, you will be responsible for the Accelleron's Service Station in Buenos Aires, Argentina.



The Service Station Manager will be embedded in Accelleron´s country organization in Argentina, reporting to the regional Operation Manager located in Brazil, and is responsible for the safe, reliable, and cost efficient operation of the service station and workshop facility with a team between 8 to 15 people. The role ensures infrastructure integrity, effective asset maintenance, high-quality technical service delivery, strong order to cash execution performance, and full compliance with Quality and HSE standards.
The position leads service technicians and operational personnel while safeguarding company assets, driving customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational excellence across all site activities, aligned to the regional and global strategy.
