About the role:
We're building Halter in Argentina/Uruguay from the ground up, while still deeply connected to our integral offices and ways of working. Sales teams will be remote across both Argentina and Uruguay, and our other teams will be in the Buenos Aires office. And we’re a fast growing team.
You'll bring the vibes and be our boots on the ground for the day-to-day people operations that keep our Argentina and Uruguay teams running. Reporting to our Senior People & Performance Partner in Boulder, CO (US), you'll own the logistics, systems and cultural moments that hold a growing team together: IT and onboarding, the office, our local vehicle fleet, and the team moments people actually remember.
