Dexerto is looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Representative with a genuine passion for gaming to help us uncover, develop, and convert new commercial opportunities.
This role will have a specific focus on the gaming sector, so we’re looking for someone who already understands the space — its brands, publishers, platforms, communities, creators, agencies, and commercial landscape. Whether your experience comes from digital media, advertising, publishing, gaming, esports, or the wider creator economy, you’ll need to be able to speak credibly and enthusiastically about gaming from day one.
This is a remote position, ideally suited to candidates based in Argentina
About the Role
As our Business Development Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of identifying, generating, and nurturing new business opportunities, with a particular focus on brands and agencies looking to reach gaming audiences.
Working closely with the Head of Sales and our wider general commercial team,



you’ll help grow Dexerto’s presence across the UK and US by building relationships with agencies, brands, gaming companies and other prospective partners.
Your mission will be to identify the right opportunities, start meaningful commercial conversations and develop relationships that can grow into long-term revenue partnerships for Dexerto.
Importantly, this isn’t a generalist sales role. We want someone who is excited by the gaming industry and wants to own and develop this area of our business development pipeline.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with a proven background in Business Development, Sales Development or commercial lead generation, ideally within digital media, advertising, publishing, gaming, esports or the creator economy.
Gaming experience and passion are essential.
