We are hiring a Medspa Sales Specialist for a boutique private practice in the aesthetics, functional medicine, and sexual health industry. This is a Full-Time remote role for a Virginia, USA-based client. The role is focused on converting inbound leads and inquiries into booked appointments through a high-touch, concierge-style sales experience. The adecuado candidate is proactive, persuasive without being pushy, highly responsive, commercially minded, tech-savvy, discreet, empathetic, confident discussing intimate health topics, and motivated by measurable conversion results.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for new leads via calls, texts, emails, and approved channels
Respond quickly to inquiries about services, pricing, availability, and next steps
Build rapport, understand patient needs, and recommend the appropriate next step
Educate leads on services and guide them toward consultations or appointments
Follow up consistently with leads who have not yet booked
Convert qualified leads into booked consultations while delivering a premium experience




Manage leads and updates within the Symplast (EMR/CRM) pipeline
Track lead interactions, follow-ups, objections, outcomes, and bookings
Re-engage older or inactive leads to generate new opportunities
Identify booking objections and share insights with the founder/clinical team
Maintain fast response times and ensure no qualified lead is missed
Coordinate with the Patient Concierge & Appointment Coordinator on successfully booked leads
Escalate clinical questions to the appropriate clinical team member
Maintain strict HIPAA compliance, confidentiality, NDA, and security protocols
Communicate discreetly and professionally around sensitive health topics
Track conversion metrics and identify opportunities to improve lead-to-booking performance
Contribute to sales scripts, SOPs, objection handling, and CRM processes
Support extended Friday coverage and potential future after-hours/weekend sales coverage
