Hybrid Opportunity
Available in:
Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Peru, Guatemala, Honduras, Belize, Kenya, and the Philippines (site cities only)
Schedule
Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
Key Requirements
Advanced English (C1) required
4-6 years of experience preparing U.S. Federal and State Tax Returns
Experience with Individual, Partnership, and Corporate Tax Returns
Strong knowledge of U.S. Tax regulations
Knowledge of Statutory Accounting Principles (must be clearly reflected in the CV)
2+ years of experience in Public or Corporate Accounting
Experience with financial statements, month-end close, financial analysis, and advanced Excel
Strong understanding of GAAP
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced tax environment
Key Responsibilities
Prepare Federal and State income tax returns for individuals and businesses




Support tax planning and estimated tax projections
Perform bookkeeping activities related to tax preparation
Conduct tax research and resolve tax-related inquiriesOrganize client documentation and prepare files for review
Identify filing issues and outstanding documentation requirements
Utilize tax software to prepare and process tax returns
Implement tax-saving strategies and identify opportunities for clients
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely submission of tax filings
Preferred Qualifications
Experience preparing Trust Returns (Form ****)
Experience preparing Nonprofit Returns (Form 990)
Experience with CCH ProSystem fx, Engagement, or Thomson Reuters Practice Management
Ability to work additional hours during peak tax seasons
Strong tax review and quality control experience
