The Strategic Planning Sr. Manager plays a key role in shaping the future of our Behavioral Health business—one of the fastest-growing and most critical areas within healthcare. This role partners closely with senior leadership to define and execute strategic priorities, evaluate growth opportunities, and translate insights into actionable plans. Blending strategy development with hands‑on execution, this position offers broad exposure across the business, including product strategy, partnerships, and enterprise initiatives. Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Support development of the organization’s strategic direction, with a focus on growth, performance, and long‑term value creation within Behavioral Health
- Partner with senior leaders to shape and advance strategic priorities, including preparing executive‑ready materials and facilitating decision‑making
- Evaluate new business opportunities (e.g., partnerships, new products, and strategic investments) through structured analysis and business case development
- Lead and support strategic initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring alignment, momentum, and measurable outcomes
- Synthesize insights across multiple sources (market trends, internal performance, and stakeholder perspectives) to identify opportunities and risks
