We are looking for a goal-oriented, English-speaking Customer Success Representative (Booking Manager) to manage all online client communication across our Danish studios. We are building a general team across three drastically different time zones to keep our bookings flowing 24/7. For this specific role, we are looking for someone based in Argentina to cover our Latin American hours. You will manage the entire client journey from initial social media inquiries to final bookings. Hopefully, you will be able to execute all that in just three messages, as the company’s founder does.

What We’re Looking For:

The Three-Message Maestro: Speed is key.



Our founder can nail a booking in just three messages, and we want you to master this easy-to-learn "kung-fu". We will teach you how.
Laser Focus: We love hiring people who have worked as English teachers, customer support reps, customer success managers, project managers, virtual assistants, account managers, or copywriters and who never let a detail slip.
No tattoo industry experience needed; we provide full training. We do expect a strong ability to read human behaviour and apply analytical skills in various scenarios.
Tech-Savvy Setup: You must be highly responsive on mobile devices. BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) is strictly required.
Chaos Tolerance & Sarcasm: You’ll need a sense of humour to enjoy meetings with our founder. Once you're 80% trained, expect workflow chaos that you'll tame and organize yourself.
