Overview

We are hiring an Inbound Sales & Customer Success Specialist for a growing company operating across certification, recruitment, and golf entertainment services. This is a full-time remote role for a US-based company. This role is adecuado for someone who is highly responsive, confident on the phone, experienced in inbound sales and customer success, and comfortable managing leads from initial contact through purchase, onboarding, and retention. The ideal candidate is proactive, persistent, customer-focused, and comfortable using technology and automation to improve the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to and monitor new inbound leads across GHL, website forms, calls, inboxes, and Discord, making human contact within five minutes during working hours.
Call, text, and email warm leads to qualify their needs, budget, timing, and intended use, while maintaining consistent follow-up until they purchase, decline, or become unresponsive.
Recommend the right products, memberships, subscriptions, packages, or services, handle basic objections,



and confidently close sales.
Schedule demos, walkthroughs, lessons, or calls, and manage checkout links, payment links, and proposals throughout the purchasing process.
Maintain accurate lead and customer records in GHL, including contact attempts, outcomes, pipeline stages, and scheduled follow-up actions.
Manage customer onboarding and ongoing support, including account access, scheduling, instructions, billing, cancellations, troubleshooting, and post-purchase follow-up.
Proactively drive retention and additional revenue by following up with existing, inactive, and former customers regarding renewals, upgrades, relevant services, referrals, reviews, and testimonials.
Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and help build GHL workflows, templates, sequences, and automated processes.
